1. Why would I sign up for Autoship?

Signing up for the Autoship Program will allow you to receive your favorite products without the hassle of having to remember to make an order. You will also receive a 10% discount on every future Autoship order.

2. How do I create an Autoship Order?

You will simply check the Autoship Button next to each product you want to add to your autoship. Then during the checkout procedure you will pick the frequency of delivery. Payment will be made for future orders with the same credit card that you used for the first autoship order.

3. Can I use a coupon in addition to the Autoship Discount?

No, Autoship discounts can not be used with other Preferred Pricing codes or coupons. Autoship Discounts are automatically discounted 10% and are not combined with other offers.

4. How do I cancel?

You can cancel your Autoship Order directly through our site or you can call our 800 number for support at 877-688-7241. Hours are from 10-5pm. If you leave a messge a Customer Service Agent will get back to you within 24 hours.
