CHRONIC NECK PAIN

I first came to AlignLife in March of 2001 due to suffering a tremendous amount of pain and discomfort on a daily basis associated with a misaligned disk at the base of my neck. At that time, I was very apprehensive as to whether or not chiropractic treatment would be able to help relieve my condition since I had never been to a chiropractor before. I agreed to be examined by the doctors of AlignLife who proceeded to take X-rays of my spinal structure and subsequently explained to me in layman’s terms what the diagnosis of my condition represented. 

They  advised me that I definitely had a significant misalignment with my disk at the base of my neck, which had likely started to deteriorate years ago and had left with a very progressive degenerative state at this point in time. They explained the treatment plan that they could provide for me and the methods they would use to eventually try to alleviate my pain and discomfort through a long-term series of bi-weekly adjustments. I proceeded to be seen at the rate of 3 times per week for approximately 6 months to have regular adjustments made to my spinal column. Due to the severity of my misalignment, the treatment process took a considerable amount of time for me to begin to feel significant relief, but at approximately the 3-month mark, I definitely was beginning to feel some relief.

Looking back now, a year later, my decision to maintain faith and confidence in AlignLife proved to be the best thing I could have ever done since as of today, and since approximately 4 months ago, I can honestly state that I am virtually pain free from the daily pain and suffering that I was experiencing. The results of finally being pain free after having suffered for so long has changed my life in so many ways. I now can actively work out at the gym without having to worry about whether or not I should do certain exercises that typically use to make me feel more at pain in past times. I also have benefited from being able to function at my job and in my family like without the daily pain and discomfort that I previously had to endure resulting in me not being able to function as efficiently and be the type of person that I wanted to be while at work and at home.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Esposito and the entire staff at AlignLife who through their constant support and encouragement have changed my life in so many positive ways from a year ago. I must admit that I have never had such a positive experience in my life going to many Medical doctors through the years for various ailments as I have experienced here at AlignLife. I highly recommend putting your faith and trust in the hands of these fine, caring, outstanding folks if you should happen to be suffering from any ailment that they believe they can help you improve your current condition.
