HEADACHES AND PMS

Since coming to college, I have had a strange numbness that started in the middle of my back and had spread to my shoulder blade. It felt very tingly in some areas and completely numb in others. It began to shoot pain into my shoulder. Since coming to the AlignLife, I now have very little numbness and discomfort. I am now able to sit longer in the same position to study than I use to be and can easily rid myself of the numbness by switching positions.

For the last 2 or 3 years, I have suffered from headaches just about everyday. I would get a headache at about the same time every afternoon. The headaches were located in my sinus cavities above and below my eyes and on the top of my head.

When I asked my doctor what might be causing the headaches, he told me that it was probably just water retention related to my menstrual cycle. I got to the point that I was taking Excedrin Migraine because Extra Strength Tylenol was not strong enough anymore.

Since I have been receiving care, I barely ever get headaches, and if I do have one, it is very mild. I have also experienced dramatic changes in my menstrual cycle. I use to be very irregular with cycles as long as a month and a half apart. Now, I have much better regularity. However, I now only have mild cramps and discomfort associated with my menstrual cycle.
