I COULDN T EVEN HOLD A GLASS TO MY MOUTH WITHOUT PAIN

Over a year ago I began to notice pain in my right elbow when I carried or lifted anything heavy. It became worse until shaking someone’s’ hand or lifting a heavy glass to my mouth was painful. I saw an orthopedic doctor who recommended two different types of physical therapy. We believed I had tendonitis. The relief was very temporary if any.

Last spring, I did much gardening and the pain in my elbow was so severe that I stopped using my right arm as much as possible. I was considering cortisone shots when I met a doctor from AlignLife at the McLean County Fair this past summer. I asked him if a chiropractor could do anything for tendonitis and he thought he could.

He recommended twelve weeks of adjustments and massage. After just a few weeks, my elbow felt better and my arm was stronger. I am using my right arm as much as I did before the problem and I expect to be totally pain free after I increase the musculature of my forearm muscles.

I am no longer afraid to lift, pull, push, carry, or shake someone’s hand!! I believe that by going to AlignLife, I avoided surgery. The results were worth my time and money.
