PREVENTING FUTHER DAMAGE

I had not received chiropractic care in more than 30 years. Over a period of about a year, I had experienced increasing difficulty with my lower back. Bending over, lifting things, getting in and out of bed and the car were all beginning to be painful upon occasion. I also developed a numb spot over one knee.

I came to AlignLife as a result of a local Health Fair. I knew and appreciated the value of chiropractic healing-I just had not taken the opportunity to seek there care in a long time.

After the first several adjustments to my upper and lower spine I experienced major improvement in my ability to move and to bend and straighten up. Thirty years of neglect, along with several auto accidents and several falls have all led to the potential for some serious problems and pain-down the line.

The initial treatments plus an improved awareness of how everyday movements and activities can affect my spine (and the rest of my body) are already making a positive difference. I believe the further treatment will improve and help prevent further deterioration in two key areas of my spine. I’ve already seen the potential.
