SHOULDER SAVED FROM THE KNIFE

About six years ago I injured my shoulder while lifting. Over the years the pain began to worsen and I lost various movements in my shoulder and arm. I just thought I would live with it. I saw a doctor and he told me the only cure was surgery. I quickly nixed the idea but my shoulder and arm needed relief. It was difficult to shake someone’s hand, pour a glass of milk or even raise my arm to put on my shirt or coat.
